WELCOME TO
HORNSEY PARISH CHURCH

Hornsey Parish Church is a diverse and inclusive church, a place where all can flourish as God's people, with a congregation representative of the varied community that Hornsey is: young and older; married, single and partnered, straight and gay; British and international.

We are building a home where everyone can feel they belong, and you are welcome here. By encountering God in Christ, in worship, in one another, and in loving creation, our hope is that everyone can find a sense of peace here and grow spiritually with us.

We are part of the Church of England in the Edmonton Area of the Diocese of London, which in turn is part of the worldwide Anglican Communion. The style of our worship is focused upon the Eucharist. We see our liturgical life as very important: not fussy and celebrated with attention and care.

There is something for everyone at Hornsey Parish Church and we hope that can include you too.

Please come and see us – you will be very welcome!

Rekindle Your Spirit This Advent Through Our
Christian Contemplative Gatherings

Saturday 7th, 14th, 21st December : 4.00pm - 5.30pm

The Soul's Odyssey - Contemplative Gatherings

Do you long for greater inner peace in the midst of a busy, challenging life? Do you sense that something important is missing?

Are you searching for a deeper, more authentic connection with God but struggling to find meaningful ways to nurture that relationship?

Are you drawn to the idea of meditation and silence but feel frustrated because your practice doesn't seem to make a difference in your everyday life?

Join us for a transformative three-week series of Contemplative Gatherings as we explore the profound teachings and insights of the Christian mystics and spiritual masters, including Thomas Merton and Fr. Thomas Keating. Through rich dialogue, discussion and reflective practices, we will dive into themes that speak to the heart of the spiritual journey.

Whether you are seeking deeper meaning in your spiritual path or simply wish to explore the wisdom of the Christian contemplative tradition, these gatherings will offer inspiration, insight, and practices to nourish your soul.
