Each term we choose a biblical text or a spiritual author to focus on. The sessions start with prayer, a short interpretation given by one of our leaders, reading followed by facilitated group discussions of key wonderings and insights. The sessions concludes with a Lectio Divina of a small passage to consolidate reflection and contemplation on the message of the session.
