We value our parish community, as we care for each other and work together to share God's love with the people of Hornsey.  We have many groups that meet regularly, and some that meet occasionally on an ad-hoc basis.  Below we provide information about our groups and activities, and here is a list of current upcoming special events:

Sundays 22nd Feb, and 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd March

Lent group looking at Stations of the Cross

After church we will meet in the Chapel as five speakers will each look at one of the stations each week.  The sessions will be very informal, and last 45 mins to an hour.

Sunday, 22nd March

Passion Sunday with Tenebrae in the Evening

At 6pm, instead of Sacred Space we will be joined by the choir of St. Michael's, Highgate for a beautiful service of readings and music to prepare us for Passiontide. ​

Sunday, 29th March

Palm Sunday

On Palm Sunday in the morning, we will have Mass with procession;  please bring any bits of branch from your garden as we celebrate Jesus' entry into Jerusalem.

Monday, 30th March

5pm:  Healing Mass

​

Tuesday, 31st March

6pm:  Holy Hour---prayer before the Blessed Sacrament

​

Wednesday, 1st April

11am-:  Mass followed by Lent Lunch

​

Maundy Thursday, 2nd April

8pm:  Mass of the Lord's Supper with footwashing, followed by vigil before the Sacrament until midnight

​

Good Friday, 3rd April

10am:  Stations of the Cross

12pm:  Ecumenical Walk of Witness

2pm:  Liturgy of Good Friday

Holy Saturday, 4th April

8pm:  Easter Vigil, followed by Iranian supper and music.   Come celebrate the Resurrection with us!

EASTER SUNDAY, 5th April

Come celebrate the Resurrection with us during our Parish Mass at 10.30, with an Easter Egg Hunt for the children afterwards.  It will also sadly be Mthr. Clemency's last Sunday with us, though we will have a further chance to say goodbye the following Friday.

Friday, 10th April

6pm:  Mthr. Clemency's Farewell Mass and Party!  Do come help us celebrate Mthr. Clemency's time with us and send her off in style!

Mondays, 13th April and 11th May

Second and third meetings of Julian Book Group.  We are reading The Showings of Julian of Norwich translated by Mirabai Starr (though any translation will do!).  Please read Part 2 for the second meeting (April), and Part 3 for the third meeting (May). All the meetings will start at 7 with some soup and then we’ll discuss the text from 7.30-8.30. Meetings will take place at Holy Innocents Vicarage, 99 Hillfield Avenue, N8 7DG.

Wednesday, 6th May

Mthr. Clemency will be licensed as the Associate Vicar of St. Cuthbert's and Emmanuel, West Hampstead at 7pm.  Do come join us as we support and encourage her in her new ministry!

On the evening of 3rd June we will host a Deanery Synod at which the speaker will be the very distinguished theologian and New Testament scholar Paula Gooder, who is Canon Chancellor at St. Paul's Cathedral.  More details to come, but save the date!
