A Contemplative Eucharist in our Lady Chapel. The service includes a short teaching on contemplative prayer and meditation, followed by an extended silence (about 15 mins) and Eucharist.

Christian Meditation in the Church Room led by Jean Wong, a Spiritual Director and Birgit Duncan, both leaders from WCCM. Sessions include 30 minutes of silent meditation followed by a brief sharing and listening at the end of the session. Suitable for both beginners as well as more seasoned meditation practitioners. Guidance is available as needed.​
